Next we discuss clips of Jen Psaki tearing into Trump for embracing political violence, President Biden calling Trump a ‘loser’ in a speech in South Carolina, Trump attorney John Sauer arguing to the DC US Appeals Court that a President could assassinate his rivals and not be held criminally liable, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody report on Trump’s attorney arguing ‘The Jesus Defense’. Then we discuss clips of Elliot Williams eviscerating John Sauer’s ludicrous immunity argument, Jimmy Kimmel ripping Aaron Rogers for suggesting that he’d be in the Epstein client list, and clips of Rep. Jared Moskowitz and Rep. Eric Swalwell calling out the Republicans for their own failures to comply with Congressional subpoenas. Next we discuss clips of Chris Christie imploring GOP voters not to vote for Trump as he dropped out of the race, Brianna Keilar fact checking Trump’s statements at the NY Courthouse in his fraud trial closing arguments, and Norm Eisen predicting a dire picture for the Trump Organization.
