On the show this week we start out with introductions and the Social Media Friends segment, then we discuss clips of George Stephanopoulos asking Rep. Steve Scalise over and over whether he thinks the 2020 election was stolen, Manu Raju interviewing Rep. George Santos about his claim that his family fled the holocaust, and the Morning Joe crew calling out Florida Republicans for booing Chris Christie for telling the Truth about Trump. Next we discuss a clip of Mika Brzezinski interviewing Washington Post reporter Isaac Arnsdorf about Trump’s plans for revenge and to punish his critics if he win’s the 2024 election, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody Republican voter survey. Then we discuss clips of Elie Honig reporting on Trump’s testimony that left the prosecution visibly surprised in the New York fraud case, Letitia James mocking Trump’s testimony for rambling and hurling insults, the Morning Joe crew discussing the 2023 election results and the GOP’s losing streak under Trump, and Rick Santorum on Newsmax complaining that pure democracies are not the way to run a country after the abortion and marijuana constitutional amendments passed in Ohio. Next we discuss clips of Lisa Rubin reporting about Ivanka Trump’s testimony that her father literally borrowed money from his kids to get bank loans, Rachel Maddow reporting about the disgust for Vivek Ramaswamy from the other participants at the GOP debate, and Mika Brzyzinski hammering Chris Christie over his dishonest 9th-month abortion argument. And we close out the show discussing clips of John Berman taking Rep. Greg Murphy to task over the Biden family subpoenas as well as Andrew Weissmann calling out Rep. Elise Stefanik for filing an irresponsible ethics complaint against Judge Engoron in New York.
