On the show this week we start out with introductions and the Social Media Friends segment, then we discuss clips of Mika Brzezinski going off on the Texas Attorney General’s cruel threats against the legal path to abortion, Elliot Williams on CNN discussing Jack Smith’s aggressive push to beat Trump’s stall tactics by filing directly to the Supreme Court regarding Trump’s immunity claim, and Elie Honig predicting that Judge Engoron is going to drop the hammer on Trump in his business fraud trial. Next we discuss clips of Ali Velshi and David Aronberg reacting to the news that the Supreme Court will consider Jack Smith’s petition about Trump’s immunity claim, Liz Cheney blasting sad and pathetic Kevin McCarthy for saying he’d serve in another Trump administration, Jake Tapper reading a filing from Trump’s lawyers quoting lines from ‘How The Grinch Stole Christmas’, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody telling of ‘How The Trump Stole Democracy”. Then we discuss clips of Kaitlin Collins grilling Sen. Ron Johnson about his claims that Democrats used fake electors like Trump did, Mary Trump calling BS on Trump’s claim that he would be a dictator only on day one, and Rep. Eric Swalwell saying that the only crime the House Republicans can find for their Impeachment Inquiry is that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump in the 2020 election. Next we discuss clips of Hunter Biden speaking at a news conference at the US Capitol, the Morning Joe crew going off super rich finance bros for complaining about Bidenomics while making money hand over fist, and Ana Navarro on The View calling out Megan McCain for blaming Hunter Biden of using his father’s name for influence. Then we discuss clips of Rep. Jared Moskowitz and Ben Meiselas mocking Trump for selling pieces of his mugshot suit, CNN’s Katie Bo Ellis reporting on highly classified Russian intelligence documents that disappeared in the final days of the Trump Administration, and we close out the show discussing a clip of Joy Reid and Von Dubose, the lawyer for Ruby Freeman and Shea Moss, talking about how they will collect on their judgement against Rudy Giuliani.
