George Santos flashing a white power symbol, Rep. Scott Perry whining about being asked if he would sit out the January 6th related committees given that the FBI seized his phone, and Mehdi Hasan predicting the GOP House Committees will be McCarthyism all over again. Next Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody list of concessions the GOP House members received from Rep. Kevin McCarthy to earn their vote for Speaker, then we discuss clips of Harris Faulkner and Martha MacCallum on FOX News claiming that female M&M characters embolden America’s enemies, and Rachel Maddow ridiculing MAGA hysteria over the Biden classified documents being found. Then we discuss clips of James Carville saying Democrats should want Rep. George Santos in Congress as a political piñata, New York GOP leaders demanding the immediate resignation of Rep. Santos, and Sen. Lindsey Graham stumbling when pushed by a FOX News anchor Martha MacCallum to address differences in the Biden vs. Trump classified documents situation. And we close out the show discussing clips of Rep. Hank Johnson questioning the suspicious timing of the Biden classified documents being found, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez taunting the GOP meltdown over gas stoves, and also laughing along with Stephen Colbert mocking the right wing M&M outrage.
