On the show this week we start out with introductions and the Social Media Friends segment, then we discuss clips of Sen. Marco Rubio saying there is no comparison between the Chinese spy balloon and the ones that flew above the US during the Trump administration, the Morning Joe crew mocking Sen. Rubio’s attack on Biden’s handling of the Chinese spy balloon, and Don Lemon scoffing at Republicans hyperventilating over Biden’s handling of the Chinese spy balloon while ignoring the balloons that few over the US during the Trump administration. Next we discuss clips of Chelsea Handler blasting Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for complaining about how miserable she is serving in Congress, Joy Reid gleefully declaring the culture wars are over after the diversity on display at the Grammys, then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody report about the Republican Hillbillies at the State of the Union (SOTU). Then we discuss clips of President Biden owning GOP House Members over their plan for cuts to Social Security and Medicare at the SOTU, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ bazaar and fact-less rebuttal to the SOTU, Rep. Maxwell Frost getting Chrissy Teigan’s Tweet calling Trump a ‘P*ssy Ass B*tch’ entered into the Congressional Record, James Carville blasting the white trashdom in the House GOP caucus, and we close out the show laughing along with Chelsea Handler jokingly praising Republicans for finally making a SOTU watchable.
