On the show this week we start out with introductions and the Social Media Friends segment, then we discuss clips of Rep. Zoe Loftgren warning that someone could get killed by Trump’s rhetoric, historian Ruth Ben-Ghiat saying that Trump picked Waco, TX because it’s the ‘holy site’ for racist extremists, and the Morning Joe crew laughing at Rep. James Comer for his attempt to justify the House GOP attacks on Alvin Bragg. Next we discuss a clip of Dr. Jill Biden delivering a emotional real-time reaction to the Nashville school shooting, then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with an Italian and a literary lesson about Rep. Lauren Boebert being ‘Hoisted by her own Petard’ at a Congressional Hearing. Then we discuss clips of John Leguizamo ripping into Rep. Tim Burchett for saying Congress can’t fix mass shootings, Rep. Jamaal Bowman in a shouting match with Rep. Thomas Massie about children dying in school shootings, and Rachel Maddow mocking Trump for bragging about his victory over DeSantis in a Twitter poll from ‘Catturd’. Next we discuss clips of Joy Reid mocking Mike Pence’s gelatinous spine after he explained why he doesn’t want to testify about January 6th to the Federal Grand Jury, FOX News predicting that Trump will not be indicted an hour before he was, and we close out the show laughing along with the late night comedy shows follow Trump being indicted by the New York Grand Jury.
