On the show this week we start out with introductions and our Heros of the Week segment, then we discuss clips of Alexis McAdams on FOX News reporting about the RFK, Jr. campaign handing out rubber chickens to taunt Trump during his Libertarian Convention speech, the audience at that Convention booing Trump while he was speaking, and Alina Habba complaining that the Jury should have been sequestered because they might hang out with friends over the Memorial Day weekend who have Trump derangement syndrome. Next we discuss clips of the Morning Joe crew mocking Eric Trump for his social media post on Memorial Day weekend claiming his family gave everything for America, Robert De Niro battling with hecklers at a press conference attacking Trump outside of the New York City Courthouse, Melissa Murray saying that Justice Alito gave a ‘giant double middle-fingered F-You’ to the American Public in his response to members of the House and Senate asking him to recuse himself in the January 6th and Trump related cases, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody report about the line of flags Mrs. Alito is selling for you to fly at your home. Then we discuss clips of Lawrence O’Donnell reporting on the closing arguments in Trump’s NY trial, Trump complaining as the Jury started deliberations that Mother Teresa could not have beat his charges, and Daniel Dale with Kaitlan Collins laughing at the deluge of lies in Trump’s rant outside the courtroom. Next we discuss clips of Andrew Weissmann saying he has a ‘man crush’ on Judge Merchan for being such a great Judge, Jack Tapper reporting on Trump’s expressions as the Jury read the verdict finding him guilty on all 34 felony counts, and Trump’s raging rant outside the courtroom after he was convicted. Then we discuss clips of President Biden calling out Trump’s reckless and irresponsible claim that his trial was ‘rigged’, the Morning Joe crew pointing out how the ‘alternate universe’ that FOX News and the right wing echo chamber live in is hurting Republicans, and we close out the show with a clip of Tim Miller saying that Trump’s post-verdict ramble on Friday was so crazy that you couldn’t even call it a press conference.
