Then we discuss clips of FOX News cutting away from Letisha James’ press conference announcing the New York lawsuit against Trump and his children, Rep. Liz Cheney recalling a GOP Rep. lamenting’s Orange Jesus’ pressure on Jan. 6th, and Elie Mystal accusing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis of kidnapping migrants. Next we discuss clips of Sheriff Javier Salazar announcing a criminal investigation into DeSantis’ migrant flights, Rep. Tim Ryan roasting J.D. Vance after Trump said Vance is kissing his ass, and Rep. Stephen Lynch calling out the Republican’s silence on Trump taking documents. Then after a clip of Charlie Sykes ripping Trump for his nods to QAnon, Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody report about Trump’s ‘Orange Collar Crime Syndicate’. Next we discuss clips of Stephanie Grisham throwing cold water on Trump’s claim that he declassified the Mar-a-Lago documents, Good Morning America reporting on the Special Master demanding that Trump’s lawyers prove the claim that he declassified the documents, and Michael Cohen being positively giddy over the New York lawsuit against Trump. Then we discuss clips of Tristan Snell saying it looks like Trump was running a fraud business with a sideline in real estate, Jessica Schneider reporting on the Appeals Court ruling against Trump, and Brad Moss saying he tried not to burst out laughing when Trump said he could declassify documents by thinking about it. And finally we close out the show discussing clips of Elie Mystal mocking Herschel Walker and Speaker Pelosi’s response when a reporter asked about Trump-backed candidate John Gibbs remarks deriding women governing.
