Then after a fabulous commercial from our great friends over at BubbleGenius.com, we discuss the Edward Snowden leak situation and New York Rep. Peter King ridiculously calling for the prosecution of Glenn Greenwald for being a reporter and breaking the story.  Then we discuss a Morning Joe clip where he calls out the NRA for doctoring a photo of President Obama to make him look more black in an attack ad, Robert Redford’s ad calling on the President to lead on climate change legislation and Jeb Bush’s statement at the Faith and Freedom Coalition conference where he said that “immigrants are more fertile”.  And we close out the show on the topic of Gay Marriage discussing Marco Rubio saying “I’m Gone. I’m off it” regarding his Immigration bill in the US Senate if a same-sex marriage provisions is included in the bill, Pat Robertson’s latest ridiculous comment about the LGBT community, President Obama’s speech at the White House LGBT Pride Month Reception and our anticipation about the upcoming Supreme Court ruling on Prop 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act.

Louie Gohmert’s speech on the House floor where he mixed up the 1st and 2nd amendments to the Constitution with Rocky Mountain Mike (@RockyMountainMike on Twitter) sharing a great Gohmert parody song. Then after a fabulous commercial from our great friends over at BubbleGenius.com, we discuss the loss of Senator Frank Lautenberg and the controversy over New Jersey Governor Chris Christie scheduling a special election 3 weeks before the November 2013 state wide elections to fill the vacancy in the US Senate.  Then we discuss the Tea Party conference where Ken Emanuelson admitted that the Republican Party doesn’t want black people to vote if they vote 9 to 1 for Democrats and Cathie Adams presented on another crack pot conspiracy theory that Grover Norquist is a secret Muslim.  Then we discuss how John Fugelsang’s panel on Current TV’s Viewpoint called out FOX concerning the report that showed an increasing number of women are being the breadwinners in the family.  And then we close out the show with another Foxisim of the Week!

Wilfahrt, was a gay member of the military who was killed in Afghanistan in 2011 and have been working on the Marriage Equality fight in the State of Minnesota.

On this week’s show we start out with introductions and the “All A Tweetie” segment, then we begin the political discussion with President Obama speaking out about the GOP Benghazi witch hunt at a press conference and Dianne Feinstein pointing out that the latest Benghazi hearing was really about discrediting Hillary Clinton for fear of the 2016 Elections.  Then we discuss a clip where former Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, gives his thoughts on the GOP Benghazi hearings and stating that he would have made the same decisions.  And next we discuss a clip where CBS Evening News explained the collapse of the supposed scandal by highlighting the GOP modifications to the White House emails that were leaked to the press and then Jim Hightower fills us in on some world-class nincompoopism by politicians on the right. Then after another great commercial from our good buddies over at BubbleGenius.com, we discuss the IRS scandal that set everyone’s hair on fire last week and Attorney General Eric Holder calling out Rep. Darryl Issa’s conduct in a hearing calling it “shameful”. Then we close out the show discussing the fantastic passage of Gay Marriage in the Minnesota Legislature this week and Jeff and Lori Wilfahrt share their experiences being at the State Capitol for the votes and the Governor signing the Bill into law.

And not to leave out more GOP fun, we discuss a CNN interview with Texas Gov. Rick Perry about how he’s open to the notion of running for president in 2016, the upcoming South Carolina Congressional special election between Elizabeth Colbert-Busch and Mark Sanford and then Jim Hightower fills us in on GOP leaders trying to put earrings on their hog.
