On today’s show, we talk about the situation in Libya with the “No Fly Zone” and the GOP backlash on whether Obama was authorized to take the actions that he did. Dave gives us an excellent legal opinion on the Constitutional powers and subsequent laws surrounding Presidential actions like this taken, not only by President Obama, but several other Presidents in the past. Then we have great fun talking about members of the GOP starting their bids for the 2012 Presidential Election, including recent statements from Newt Gingrich and Donald Trump. And then we close out the show with the “FOXisms This Week” Segment.
