Then after Joe gives us a clown car update, we discuss the President and First Lady’s message for the Holiday Season.  Then we discuss the statements by Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty in GQ Magazine and the reaction in the media since there wasn’t much other news to cover over the Holidays featuring another hilarious parody from Rocky Mountain Mike (@RockyMntnMike on Twitter).  And after another fabulous commercial from our great friends over at BubbleGenius.com, we discuss the interview on ABC This Week where Jonathan Karl laughs at TedCruz for saying he’s above politics and blaming the shutdown on President Obama and the Democrats.  Then we discuss Darrell Issa on Meet the Press attempting to discredit the New York Times report debunking his claims regarding the Benghazi attack in 2012.  And we close out the show discussing Pat Robertson’s 2014 predictions that he apparently received on a mountain top somewhere.

On the show this week we start out with introductions and the “All A Tweetie” segment, then we begin the political discussion with the GOP Talking Point Sunday Morning Shows where Texas Senator Wendy Davis was interviewed on Meet the Press and then we discuss Rick Perry on his comments about Wendy Miller on Fox News Sunday.  Then we discuss the Texas State Senate hearing where @Victorianprude called out the GOP Legislators in her testimony, Thomas Roberts’ comments on Morning Joe about the Texas GOP being fixated over the sanctity of sperm, and then Jim Hightower gives us a history lesson about all of this in Texas politics.  Then after another fabulous commercial from our great friends over at BubbleGenius.com, we discuss the controversy in a North Carolina town about a “White History Month” parade sign in the town’s 4th of July parade and then we move on to the topic of Gay Marriage discussing how Rachel Maddow slam dunked Ralph Reed and Jim DeMint’s arguments about the Supreme Court rulings on DOMA and Prop 8 on Meet the Press.  Then we discuss the testimony of former Minnesota House Member, Lynne Osterman, in a hearing about how she regretted her vote on DOMA and we close out the show with Pat Robertson’s comments about wishing he had a “vomit” button on the “Facebooks” for pictures of gay couples.
